K2 First Lite & Cassette – The beginner set for fast progress 

If you have a choice, you’re spoilt for choice – but there’s no need to agonise here. You’ll have no worries with the K2 First Lite snowboard set and Cassette binding – the set is ideally tuned and ensures fast progress.
The First Lite is forgiving, smooth and stable. Thanks to Twin Shape and Catch-Free Rocker Baseline™, catching edge is a problem of the past and the whole mountain is yours.
The First Lite is combined with the Cassette binding. The soft all-mountain binding combines comfort with performance, can be adjusted 100 % tool-free and rounds off your day on the mountain with features such as the inclined footbed and ergonomic straps.

Riding style
The First Lite is primarily aimed at beginners and intermediate female riders.

Shape
The twin shape of the First Lite is symmetrical with a centred stance.

Profile
The Catch-Free Tune™ rocker profile is particularly beginner-friendly and prevents catching edge by placing the contact points far out on the board. A small rocker in the tip and tail bring additional turning pleasure and thus promote fast progress in any terrain.

Flex
The First Lite is soft and playful, fun and ensures quick success on the snowboard.

Construction
The Aspen core, made from only one type of wood, provides plenty of flex and durability. The Biax fibreglass offers minimal torsional flex and a forgiving riding experience. The Extruded 2000 Base is low-maintenance and easy to repair.

K2 Cassette M Binding
The K2 Cassette is designed to help you progress quickly and offers the perfect blend of comfort and control. With the durable A-Line™ chassis, 100 % tool-free adjustability, and the proven Performance Tweakback™ highback, the cassette is forgiving and ready to explore any part of the mountain.

Highback
The Tweakback™ highback made of urethane is stable and flexible even at low temperatures.

Chassis & Baseplate
The women-specific A-Line™ chassis is made from one piece. It is not only light, but also very comfortable. The polycarbonate baseplate was developed together with the K2 Women’s Alliance and can be perfectly adjusted without tools.
The 3° canted footbed relieves pressure on the knees, puts you in a more natural foot position and also increases board control.

Straps
The P.I. Ankle Strap is lightweight, comfortable and gives you the support you need. The Perfect Fit™ Toe Strap wraps around the toe area of the boot for a snug fit and pressure-free comfort.
